Shutdown Dates Confirmed for Vietnam and Indonesia

The official notice confirms that Pokémon Masters EX DeNA’s fantasy RPG will continue running normally until its end-of-service (EOS) dates in both countries. All game features, including team battles, Trainer Lodge interactions, and egg hatching mechanics, will remain accessible until the servers officially go offline. However, once the shutdown occurs, players will no longer be able to access the game, even if the application remains installed.
This marks another regional closure for Pokémon Masters EX DeNA’s fantasy RPG, which initially launched with wide availability across multiple countries. Despite the regional discontinuation, the global version remains unaffected, continuing to roll out new events and Trainer content.
Global Version Still Active and Receiving Updates
While some fans expressed concern that these shutdowns could signal a larger discontinuation, DeNA has not announced any global service termination. Pokémon Masters EX DeNA’s fantasy RPG continues to thrive worldwide, introducing new updates, events, and Trainer collaborations. Players outside the affected regions can still enjoy the rich gameplay experience — from building dream teams with Champions and Elite Four members to exploring adventures with Trainers from the Hisui and Paldea regions.
Pokémon Masters EX DeNA’s fantasy title remains one of the most generous Gacha experiences in the Pokémon franchise, known for rewarding events and frequent sync pair releases. Even as the SEA closures draw near, the development team continues to ensure a seamless experience for global players.
As of now, there’s no reason for concern regarding the global version. Pokémon Masters EX DeNA’s fantasy RPG will keep running worldwide, offering Trainers countless opportunities to battle, collect, and bond with their Pokémon. Fans can only hope that this engaging title continues its journey far beyond Southeast Asia’s upcoming service conclusion.
