5 Best Cricketers To Have Used MRF Bat

Madras Rubber Factory (MRF), originally known for making tyres and rubber products in Chennai, became famous in cricket when legendary players began using bats with the MRF logo.

Although MRF wasn’t initially a bat manufacturer, the popularity of their logo on bats led them to start making cricket bats and equipment. With cricket being immensely popular in India, MRF invested heavily in the sport. Their premium bats, especially those made from English Willow, are expensive, while more affordable options are made from Kashmir Willow.

This article highlights the top 10 cricketers who have used MRF bats.

1. Sachin Tendulkar

In the late 20th century, when Slazenger and Gray Nicolls were popular in cricket, MRF entered the scene after Sachin Tendulkar began using their logo on his bat following the 1996 ICC ODI World Cup. Sachin’s outstanding performances quickly boosted MRF’s reputation.
